The purpose of the course is  the student to develop his synthetic thinking and to cultivate his aesthetic perception and judgment. To understand the basic principles of interior architecture and decoration so that it can create perfect and functional spaces based on its personal aesthetics and the needs of the end user.  During the course we will focus on the psychology of color, the importance of free space, the right proportions and placement of furniture to ensure ergonomics and the unimpeded flow of activities. We will study concepts such as form-shape, composition, symmetry - asymmetry, golden ratio etc. Through creative exercises such as moodboard, collage, model, sketch and line drawings (faces, sections, axonometric) we will work on a project of arrangement and decoration of various types of interior space with proposed color palettes and materials.
