We would like to assure you that for the Lifelong Learning Center "Askardamykti OE" (hereinafter the "School"), the protection of personal data of our customers is of paramount importance. For this reason we take the appropriate measures to protect the personal data we process and to ensure that the processing of personal data is always carried out in accordance with the obligations set by the legal framework, both by the company itself and by third parties who process personal data on behalf of the company. This form describes its Policy  School, regarding the elaboration of  staff  data  of our visitors, our students and our suppliers, while providing our services. Data we process:

THE  School collects the minimum required personal data, to provide you with the services you desire and choose so that our cooperation is practically possible. In this context, if you wish, we collect and store the data, which we process only when we have a legal reason to do so and exclusively for the purposes of providing our services. Specifically for the following categories of persons, we process the respective personal data mentioned below:

Categories of Persons

a)              Guest / Customer concerned: name, surname, email, mobile phone and / or landline, bank account number (in case of payment by bank) (hereinafter "group A").

b)              Registered student, individual or individual company: name, surname, patronymic, address, ID number, VAT number, Tax Office, profession (for companies), bank account number (in case of payment by bank), email, mobile phone and / or landline, the / and any photographs taken as part of the services provided for the promotion and advertising of  School and only with explicit consent, (hereinafter "group B").

c)              Supplier / external partner: name, surname, profession, registered office, VAT number, tax office number, bank account number, email, mobile phone and / or landline (hereinafter "group C").

d)              Employees / employees and job seekers: name, surname, patronymic, patronymic, date of birth, address, ID number, VAT number, tax office, AMKA, bank account number, email, mobile phone and / or landline, CV, / or any photos taken in the context of the services provided for its promotion and advertising  School and only with explicit consent (hereinafter "group D").

The visitors of our website do not belong to any of the above categories of persons and through the method of processing of our website, their anonymity is ensured. Furthermore, in case the visitor is interested in subscribing to our newsletter to receive updates with all the news, seminars, events, activities, etc., and / or to send us a personal message, our School will safely manage the personal data that the visitor will notify us after his explicit consent.

Legal basis for the processing of your data:

The School processes your personal data and which consists only of what is deemed necessary for the respective purpose of cooperation or agreement for the provision of the services you desire depending on the category of persons to which you belong (see above the categories of persons).  Therefore, your explicit consent as well as the service agreement is the legal basis for the processing of your data.

Retention period of your data:

The period of data storage is decided based on the following specific criteria depending on the case: When the processing is imposed as an obligation by provisions of the current legal framework, your personal data will be stored for as long as the relevant provisions require. When processing under contract, your personal data is stored for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract and for the establishment, exercise, and / or support of legal claims under the contract. For the purposes of promoting products and services (marketing activities), your personal data is kept until your consent is revoked. This can be done by you at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the proceedings based on the consent given in the period prior to its withdrawal. To revoke your consent, contact the school secretariat. Where do we transmit the data:

The School transmits specific personal data only to third parties, to whom the company entrusts the processing of personal data on its behalf and for a specific purpose that serves the smooth operation of the School. In particular, the transfer of personal data to and from third parties depending on the category of persons to which you belong, is carried out as follows:

  • The data of "group A" can be transmitted to the provider of the computer system of the School, for internal use of the School.

  • The data of "group B" can be transmitted a) to a lawyer or law firm for the case of only termination of the signed contract, b) to the provider of the computer system of the School, for internal use of the School, c) to an accountant or accountant office for the execution of the legal, financial and tax obligations of the School.

  • The contact details of the "group B" (email and telephone numbers), can be transmitted to the persons of the "group D" and especially to the teachers of the School in order to inform and communicate between students and teachers, on issues related to education.

  • The information of "group C" can be transmitted a) to a lawyer or law firm in the case of legal action b) to the provider of the computer system of the School, for internal use of the School and c) to an accountant or accounting office to process the , by law, financial and tax obligations of the School (invoicing, receipts, etc.).

  • The contact details of "group C" (surname, email, telephone and headquarters), can be transmitted to the persons of "group B" in order to inform and express interest in cooperation.

  • The information of "group D" can be transmitted a) to a lawyer or law firm in case of litigation,  b) to the provider of the computer system of the School, for internal use of the School and c) to an accountant or accounting office for the execution of the legal, financial and tax obligations of the School. (payroll, payments, etc.).

  • The contact details of the "group D" (email and telephone numbers), can be transmitted to the persons of the "group B" and especially to the students of the School in order to inform and communicate between teachers and students, on issues related to education.

In all the above cases, the School "ASKARDAMYKTI" remains responsible for the processing of your personal data and defines the individual details of the processing, and signs a special contract with the above third parties, to whom it assigns the execution of specific processing activities for the assigned purpose. in order to ensure that the processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable legal framework and that any natural person can freely and unhindered exercise the rights conferred on him by the legal framework.

Right of access:

In all other cases (such as when there is a contract, obligation to process personal data imposed by law, public interest), this right is subject to certain restrictions or does not exist as the case may be.

Right to restrict processing and object to processing:

You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data in the following cases: (a) when the accuracy of the personal data is disputed and verified; (c) when personal data are not required for processing purposes, however, you are necessary for the establishment, exercise, support of legal claims; reasons why you oppose editing

Right to portability:

You have the right to receive your personal data free of charge in a form that allows you to access, use and process it using commonly used processing methods. You also have the right to request that, if technically possible, we transmit the data directly to another controller. This right exists for the data you have provided to us and their processing is carried out by automated means based on your consent or in execution of a relevant contract.

Right of complaint to the APDPH:

However, we will be happy to give you the opportunity to resolve any of your grievances as soon as possible before filing a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Επισημαίνεται ότι η Σχολή έχει σε κάθε περίπτωση δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί μερικώς ή πλήρως την ικανοποίηση του αιτήματός σας για περιορισμό στην επεξεργασία ή διαγραφή των δεδομένων σας, εάν η επεξεργασία ή η τήρηση των δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν είναι απαραίτητη για τη θεμελίωση, άσκηση ή υποστήριξη νομίμων δικαιωμάτων της ή την εκπλήρωση νομίμων υποχρεώσεών της.

Η Επιχείρηση οφείλει να απαντήσει στο αίτημά σας εντός μηνός από την παραλαβή του. Η εν λόγω προθεσμία δύναται να παραταθεί κατά δύο ακόμη μήνες, εφόσον απαιτείται κατά την κρίση της Επιχείρησης λαμβάνοντας υπόψη την πολυπλοκότητα του αιτήματος και του αριθμού των αιτημάτων και σε αυτήν την περίπτωση η Επιχείρηση θα σας ενημερώσει εντός μηνός από την παραλαβή για την εν λόγω παράταση, καθώς και για τους λόγους καθυστέρησης.

Εάν η Επιχείρηση δεν ενεργήσει επί του αιτήματός σας κατά την άσκηση των ανωτέρω δικαιωμάτων ή κατόπιν της απαντήσεώς της κρίνετε ότι παραβιάζονται τα ανωτέρω αναφερθέντα δικαιώματά σας έχετε τη δυνατότητα υποβολής καταγγελίας στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, Λ. Η. Τροποποίηση της παρούσας ενημέρωσης

Η παρούσα ενημέρωση τροποποιείται όποτε κρίνεται αναγκαίο από την Επιχείρηση αναλόγως των επιχειρηματικών αναγκών της και των τροποποιήσεων της ισχύουσας νομοθεσίας.
