What does the Workshop include?
Theoretical part:
Introduction to the art of screen printing, tools (frames, printers, lamps, other tools) and materials (gauze, photosensitive pastes, paints, etc.).
Case study
Laboratory part:
Demonstration of frame construction and preparation (frame construction, gauze placement, application of photosensitive paste)
How do I prepare a design for an appearance?
How to make a makeshift display layout.
How to build a printer, printer sizing & assembly
Prints on fabric, paper and objects.
Introduction to using more colors with a multi-printer
Familiarity with specialized techniques such as mirroring, multicolor, raster shading.
TIP : Bring your t-shirts with you to fill them with unique prints!
At the end of the course, each participant takes home their work.
The school provides materials and tools to experiment on various printing surfaces.
